By purchasing one of our Support Packages, you (“Client”) agree to the following terms and conditions. Please carefully review the terms corresponding to your chosen package:

1) 5-Hour Support – Valid for 3 Months
Service Period: The 5-Hour Support Package is valid for a duration of 3 months from the date of purchase. The service will be accessible during this period.

Scope of Support: This package covers a range of services, including but not limited to website updates, tech help, and general support.

Hours of Support: The Client is allocated 5 hours of support, which can be used as needed during the 3-month period.

Flexible Scheduling: The Client has the flexibility to schedule support hours at their convenience.

Service Limitations: Please note that certain services may fall outside the scope of this package. Any additional services required will be subject to negotiation and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation: Cancellations made within 7 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, minus any services already rendered. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

2) 10-Hour Support – Valid for 6 Months
Service Period: The 10-Hour Support Package is valid for a duration of 6 months from the date of purchase.

Scope of Support: This package covers an extended range of services, including marketing support, campaign setup, social media graphics, and website updates.

Hours of Support: The Client is allocated 10 hours of support, to be used as needed within the 6-month period.

Flexible Scheduling: The Client has the flexibility to schedule support hours at their convenience.

Service Limitations: While this package is more extensive, certain services may still fall outside the scope of this package. Any additional services required will be subject to negotiation and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation: Cancellations made within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, minus any services already rendered. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

3) 20-Hour Support – Valid for 12 Months
Service Period: The 20-Hour Support Package is valid for a duration of 12 months from the date of purchase.

Scope of Support: This comprehensive package covers a wide array of services, including plugin research and implementation, email automation, marketing funnel setup, tech help, campaign assistance, and social media graphics.

Hours of Support: The Client is allocated 20 hours of support, which can be used at their discretion within the 12-month period.

Flexible Scheduling: The Client has the flexibility to schedule support hours according to their needs.

Service Limitations: While this package is extensive, certain services may fall outside its scope. Any additional services required will be subject to negotiation and may incur additional charges.

Cancellation: Cancellations made within 21 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund, minus any services already rendered. After this period, no refunds will be issued.

General Terms Across All Packages:

Client Responsibilities: The Client is responsible for providing necessary information, access, and materials required for the support services.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the course of the support services.
